Low Carb Diet | Ketogenic Diet

Follow a Low-Carb diet to promote fat-burning, weight loss boost energy levels, and improved health. Low Carb Diet also known as Keto Diet is low in Carbohydrates and includes food that is high in protein, healthy fats, and vegetables.

There are three main food types our body needs to work properly Carbohydrates, Protein and Fat. Carbohydrates give us energy, our body breaks the carbs for immediate use, if we don’t use the carb for energy at once our body will store it in muscles and liver for later use. That stored carb in the body converts into fat.

The main idea behind the low-carb diet is the body will not receive extra carbs to store it as fat. We need to burn the already stored carb as fat hence we follow a low-carbohydrate, high-protein, high-fat diet which is increasingly popular for weight and fat loss.  Low-Carb Diet Tips
