A healty winter soup with Carrot enjoy this warming, nourishing and so easy to eat soup!
- Fresh Carrot, Chopped
- Onion chopped, 1 large
- Yellow Moong Dal, 1 tsp
- Milk, 1/2 cup
- Crushed pepper
- Fresh Cream
- Wash and chop carrot into inch long, chop onions, wash moong dal and pressure cooker it with little water.
- After 2-3 whistles turn off the cooker and let it cool and blend all the mixure in the blender and make a smooth paste.
- Strain the mixture using a large strainer. Now heat a pan and pour the mixture into it, add the milk and let the mixture boil for some time.
- Now add salt and pepper according to your taste. You can add fresh cream to this soup is you like and serve hot.
