Healthy Carrot Soup

A healthy winter soup with Carrot, enjoy this warming, nourishing soup and it’s so easy to make.


  • Fresh Carrot, Chopped
  • Onion chopped, 1 large
  • Yellow Moong Dal, 1 Tsp
  • Milk, 1/2 cup
  • Salt
  • Crushed pepper
  • Fresh Cream


  • Wash and chop the carrot into inch long, chop onions, wash moong dal and pressure cooker it with little water.

  • After 2-3 whistles turn off the cooker and let it cool and blend all the mixture in the blender and make a smooth paste.

  • Strain the mixture using a large strainer. Now heat a pan and pour the mixture into it, add the milk and let the mixture boil for some time.

  • Now add salt and pepper according to your taste. You can add fresh cream to this soup is you like and serve hot.
