Healthy Carrot Soup
Healthy winter soup with Carrot, enjoy this warming, nourishing soup and it’s so easy to make.

- Fresh Carrot, Chopped
- Onion chopped, 1 large
- Yellow Moong Dal, 1 Tsp
- Milk, 1/2 cup
- Salt
- Crushed pepper
- Fresh Cream

Wash and chop the carrot into an inch long, chop onions, wash moong dal, and pressure cooker it with little water.

After 2-3 whistles turn off the cooker and let it cool and blend all the mixture in the blender and make a smooth paste.

Strain the mixture using a large strainer. Now heat a pan and pour the mixture into it, add the milk and let the mixture boil for some time.

Now add salt and pepper according to your taste. You can add fresh cream to this soup if you like and serve it hot.
