How healthy and happier are you is a reflection of your lifestyle habits. With adequate health and well-being, you can make your life beautiful. Just eating well and doing exercise is not important you must have a positive mentality and a healthy lifestyle to make yourself healthy and happier.

1. Drink plenty of water every day

Water is essential for our body to function properly, we lose water every day but don’t care to drink it well. Drinking water is a must for your good health but you should avoid fizzy and energy drinks.

2. Understand what you eat and eat a balanced diet

It is important for you to understand what you are eating and how it is going to affect your body. Becoming a little aware of your eating habits will help you in the long run.

3. Sleep enough

Sleep is the lone important factor that reflects our well-being, more sleep means you are more energized and more mentally clear.

While we are sleeping our body is getting repaired so to make your body perfect sleep peacefully is most important.

If you have trouble sleeping at night, try some relaxation techniques which will improve your sleep behavior.

4. Walk daily and keep active

Exercise is a very important factor for our health, so be active, keep yourself moving every day at constant intervals. Move more, do some form of exercise for at least 30 minutes every day.

5. Eat more vegetables and Fruits 

Include fruits and vegetables in your daily diet. Fruits contain a lot of vitamins and minerals and must be consumed daily, also vegetables just like fruits are important for your health. Experts say you must have 5-10 servings of fruits and vegetables every day.

6. Cut down processed food

Processed food is not good for health as they lose most of its nutritional value while being processed. Plus they have a high amount of salt and sugar which is bad for your body.

7. Go out in the sun

Go outside in the Sunshine which is a natural booster. When your body is exposed to the sun it produces more vitamin D which helps the body absorb calcium which is essential for bone health, plus sunlight penetrates deep into the skin and cleanses the body.

Sunlight gives warmth and love, so go out and give your body sunlight therapy.

8. Laughter is the best medicine

Laughter is the best medicine for Longevity and health. Laughing makes you feel happy and relaxed and got the ability to fight mental illness.

Laughter has mental, emotional, and physical benefits so what is stopping you laugh openly and seeing its magic of relieving your stress and tension.

9. Give your life a purpose

Positivity in life starts from within, give your life meaning and purpose, and see how happiness develops out of it.

10. Love your life

Start loving yourself, enjoy the life you have been given and embrace each day with love and open arms. Socialize and make friends and enjoy with them, develop a hobby.
