Processed food is not good for health as they lose most of its nutritional value while being processed. Plus they have a high amount of salt and sugar which is bad for your body.
7. Go out in sun
Go outside in the Sunshine which is a natural booster. When your body is exposed to the sun it produces more vitamin D which helps the body absorb calcium which is essential for bone health, plus sunlight penetrates deep into the skin and cleanse the body.
