EB-3 Visa: Skilled workers or professionals with a higher education degree are given this visa.
EB-4 Visa: Various religious, government, or international organizations workers.
EB-5 Visa: Only work through self-petitioning.

3. Sponsorship by a close family member in the US

This is a family based immigration where a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident can fill up the petition for certain family members to receive Green Card.

4. Diversity visa lottery program

The Diversity Immigrant Visa Program (DV Program) is allotted to foreign nationals of countries that have low rates of immigration to the U.S. There is a random drawing for getting an immigration visa.

5. Refugee and Asylum status

U.S government offers humanitarian assistance to individuals who seek shelter from oppression. Asylum status applies to persons that are already within the United States or at a U.S. port of entry. Refugee status applies to persons who are located outside of the United States as well as outside of their native country.
