According to Islam gambling makes a person rely on accidents, luck and wishful thinking for his earnings, instead of hard work, the sweat of his brow and paying respect to the ways prescribed by Allaah. States that allow Casino

According to Public Gambling Act of 1867, Gambling is a state subject and only states in India are entitled to formulate laws for gambling activities within their respective states. The states allowing gambling have legalized casinos subject to prior approval and authorization of the State Government on payment of a specified recurring fee.
In India, gambling is legal in only three states:
1- Goa
2- Daman
3- Sikkim
These states have their own gambling regulations and status, they have specific laws which prohibits running both online or offline casinos, as well as the usage of their service.
