Indian-American woman Nikki Haley is the United States ambassador to the United Nation, and it has been announced recently that she is resigning at the end of the year as the US representative at the United Nation.
Nikki Haley was born in January 1972 in Bamberg, South Carolina, to Sikh Randhawa family, from Punjab, India. The Republican entered politics at a young age and served in the South Carolina house of representatives for many years before becoming governor of the state.
In 2016, she has called Trump “Everything a governor doesn’t want in a president“. Later she endorsed him and was picked by Donald Trump to become the United States ambassador to the United Nation.
Eight months into the job, she has won the heart of the United Nation. She has been a star at the United Nation and has said it has been “an honor of a lifetime” to hold the United Nation job.
She has also said that she is not running for the 2020 presidential election, but she surely possesses a threat to Trump in the 2020 elections.
