Amazon Prime Day In India
Amazon Prime Day in India will start on 26th July and ends on 27th July. The sale was originally to take place in May 2021 but due to a surge in COVID-19 cases, it was postponed to July. The two-day sale will start at midnight on July 26 and there will be deals across categories including Smartphones, Consumer electronics, TVs, appliances, and more.
It will also include Amazon devices, fashion and beauty products, home and kitchen, furniture, everyday essentials, and more to Prime members, along with new launches, entertainment benefits, and much more.
This Prime Day, Amazon India will continue to empower small businesses, manufacturers, start-ups and brands, women entrepreneurs, artisans, weavers, and local shops in India, helping them to bounce back from the Covid-19 impact.
The Prime Day is open to Prime members in the US, the UK, the UAE, Turkey, Spain, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Portugal, Netherlands, Mexico, Luxembourg, Japan, Italy, Germany, France, China, Brazil, Belgium, Austria, and Australia.
What is Amazon Prime Day?
Amazon Prime Day is an annual savings bonanza available to members of Amazon’s Prime service. It is one of the biggest shopping events on Amazon exclusively held for Prime membership holders with the best tech deals, new launches, and biggest ever discount offers. It was launched in July 2016 in India. Since then the shopping festival has laid the foundation for an exclusive world of shopping and entertainment for customers in India. Prime membership provides members with great value and encourages them to shop and stay engaged and entertained, all from the comfort and safety of their homes.
The deals and launches will be available first to Amazon Prime members which is available at Rs 999 per year or Rs 329 for three months. Amazon Prime membership includes free delivery, unlimited video, ad-free music, exclusive deals, and free in-game content.
On Prime Day, Prime members will have the opportunity to discover deals on unique products from sellers under various programs, such as Local Shops on Amazon, Launchpad, Saheli, and Karigar. During the lead-up to the two-day shopping festival, lakhs of local and small sellers on Amazon will be creating special deals for customers from July 26 till July 27, 2021.
